TCOLE/PID Policy: All qualifying participants will receive TCOLE credit only if the PID number is provided at the time of registration, or onsite prior to the conclusion of the conference. Failure to provide the PID within this time frame will result in no TCOLE credit. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

TCOLE has stopped accepting Social Security Numbers. CMIT will NOT be able to submit your continuing education hours without your PID number. Every person who has a TCOLE license is issued a PID number. If you do not have your PID number, call the Credentialing Department at TCOLE, (512) 936-7700. The TCOLE PID is mandatory ONLY FOR LICENSED TEXAS PEACE OFFICERS. If you are not a licensed Texas peace officer, you DO NOT need to fill in the TCOLE PID information.

Cancellation Policy: Payment is due upon submission of registration. Any cancellation, regardless of reason, will be subject to a service charge of 50% of the total registration fee. Refunds, minus the cancellation fee, will be given if a written request is received 45 working days prior to the conference. Registrations may be transferred to another attendee for the same event at no charge up to time of event check-in. Registrations cannot be transferred to future events. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.

If no written cancellation is received 45 working days prior to the conference, or if the participant does not attend, the participant/agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee, if payment is not already received. Any agency or participant with an outstanding balance will not be eligible to register for future conferences until the delinquency is paid in full.
