TCOLE/PID Policy: All qualifying participants will receive TCOLE credit only if the PID number is provided at the time of registration, or onsite prior to the conclusion of the conference. Failure to provide the PID within this time frame will result in no TCOLE credit. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

TCOLE has stopped accepting Social Security Numbers. CMIT will NOT be able to submit your continuing education hours without your PID number. Every person who has a TCOLE license is issued a PID number. If you do not have your PID number, call the Credentialing Department at TCOLE, (512) 936-7700. The TCOLE PID is mandatory ONLY FOR LICENSED TEXAS PEACE OFFICERS. If you are not a licensed Texas peace officer, you DO NOT need to fill in the TCOLE PID information.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given to those who cancel ten (10) working days prior to the training. No refunds will be processed after that time. Substitutions are permitted anytime.
