Verbal communication has become secondary in our current culture. This session presents alternate responses to situations that officers encounter during verbal interactions with individuals. These responses are utilized and practiced during this session.

Dress Code:

Business Casual
Clothing should be professional, and no caps/hats or shorts are permitted. Slacks, khakis, skirts, dresses, button-downs, or blouses are acceptable. It is always recommended to bring a light jacket in case the training room is cold.
