Effective Courtroom Testimony - AM

This course will assist attendees in discovering their role in the judicial process. It will provide attendees with information and tips for when they are called to testify. Through the presentation and question/answer, attendees will take away useful information for the next time they hit the witness stand.

Clothing should be professional, and no caps/hats or shorts are permitted. Slacks, khakis, skirts, dresses, button-downs, or blouses are acceptable. It is always recommended to bring a light jacket in case the training room is cold.

Cancellation Policy: Registered conference participants will be responsible for 50% of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Correctional Management Institute of Texas no later than ten (10) business days prior to the program.

Cancellations received after this deadline will incur 100% of the registration fee.

If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant or agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if it has not already been paid.

Substitutions of attendees are permitted at any time.
