54th Annual Chief's Leadership Conference

The Annual Chief’s Leadership Conference is designed to bring together correctional leaders from across the state to strengthen leadership, share expertise, and address emerging challenges in the field. This event provides a forum for chiefs and senior administrators to engage in meaningful discussions, expand their professional network, and explore innovative strategies that support both organizational effectiveness and community safety.

Through a combination of expert-led sessions, peer-to-peer learning, and practical workshops, the conference equips participants with tools to enhance decision-making, improve staff development, and foster resilience in their agencies. The program emphasizes collaboration, leadership growth, and the exchange of best practices, ensuring that attendees leave prepared to meet the evolving demands of correctional leadership with confidence and vision.
